A clear booking, before you sign.

This is the useful short version. You can read the standard agreement now, then you will receive a personalised copy showing your date, collection, extras and payment schedule before the date is secured.

How payment can work

Pay £500 to secure the date, then spread only the remaining balance across the months available before your wedding.

This is an interest-free advance payment schedule, not a loan. Agreed plans can be collected monthly by GoCardless Direct Debit and must finish by the first day of the wedding month. The final payment is adjusted for rounding; changing collection or adding extras recalculates the remaining schedule.

What you are agreeing to

  • Your date is reserved when the agreement is signed and the £500 non-refundable booking payment has cleared.
  • For weddings more than 12 months away, you may change collection up to six months before the wedding, subject to availability and the prices current at that time.
  • The full balance must clear by the first day of the wedding month. The current agreement also includes a 5% monthly charge for an overdue balance.
  • If you cancel more than 90 days before the wedding, the booking payment is retained and additional payments are returned. Within 90 days, the current agreement says all fees paid are non-refundable.
  • A new date is accommodated where possible. If Andrew is unavailable, the agreement treats the change as a cancellation.
  • Andrew keeps creative and editorial control. Final films are normally delivered within 12 weeks and no later than 16 weeks, subject to the exceptions in the agreement.
  • ADHD Media keeps copyright. You receive a personal-use licence, while the current agreement permits portfolio and marketing use of the wedding material.
  • Andrew is the exclusive professional videographer unless agreed otherwise. Travel outside Scotland and a hot meal for coverage over eight hours are agreed as set out in the contract.
  • Nothing is hidden: read the standard agreement and ask about any wording before signing or paying.
