What I collect, and why.
I'm Andrew, and this is a one-person business. I collect as little as I can get away with, and none of it is sold on to anyone.
When you get in touch
The enquiry form on this site sends your name, contact details, wedding date and venue, and your message straight to me, using Netlify Forms. It comes to my inbox, not a shared team one, and I'm the only person who reads it. I keep it for as long as it's useful for planning your wedding, and delete old enquiries that never went anywhere.
Cookies
Google Analytics (how people find and use this site) and the Meta Pixel (whether the ads I run are actually reaching anyone) only start once you click Accept on the banner. If you click Reject, or don't decide, they stay off, and you can still use every part of the site.
Metricool and Simple Analytics also help me understand anonymous, overall visits to the site. Their website trackers do not set cookies, store identifiers on your device or build a profile of you, so they run without using the advertising-cookie permission above.
The consent choice itself and your light or dark theme are stored in your browser so the site can remember what you selected. They are used only for those settings.
Changing your mind
Click "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page and choose again - no need to clear anything.
