1. Who the agreement is between
The personalised agreement is between ADHD Media UK, trading as ADHD Weddings ("I", "me" or "ADHD Weddings"), and the person or people named as the couple ("you"). It covers wedding videography and the films, files and extras listed in your booking summary.
2. Your collection and proposal
Your personalised agreement will attach or reproduce the accepted booking summary. That summary forms part of the agreement and will show:
- your wedding date, locations and expected coverage times;
- the collection selected and what it includes;
- any tailored extras or changes agreed in writing;
- the total fee, booking payment, remaining balance and payment dates.
A website recommendation or tailored starting point is an estimate, not a booking. Only items shown in the accepted booking summary are included.

The collection table is a current reference, not a substitute for your booking summary. Current extras and their prices are shown on the collection finder.
3. Securing the date
The £500 booking payment is non-refundable and is credited towards your total fee. Your date is not reserved until the personalised agreement is signed and that payment has cleared.
If your wedding is more than twelve months away when you book, you may move to a different collection up to six months before the wedding, subject to availability and the prices current when the change is agreed. The booking payment carries across to the revised collection.
4. Balance and monthly payment plans
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the first day of the month in which the wedding takes place. Where we agree a monthly plan, it is an interest-free advance payment schedule, not a loan or credit agreement.
- The personalised agreement will state the instalment amount, collection dates and final payment date.
- Monthly payments may be collected by GoCardless Direct Debit. You will complete a separate Direct Debit authorisation and receive the notices required for each payment schedule.
- Changing collection or adding extras changes the remaining balance. I will confirm a revised schedule in writing before changing future collections.
- Cancelling a Direct Debit does not cancel the booking or remove any amount already due under the agreement.
- The Direct Debit Guarantee applies to payments collected through the UK Direct Debit scheme. It does not change the cancellation terms in this agreement.
If a balance is overdue, I may pause planning, filming or delivery until it is brought up to date. Any overdue charge must be stated in the personalised agreement; no charge is created by this website page alone.
5. Cancellation and postponement
If you cancel more than 90 days before the wedding, the booking payment is retained and other advance payments are returned, less any separately agreed work already completed. If you cancel within 90 days of the wedding, fees already paid are non-refundable and the unpaid balance may remain due as stated in your personalised agreement.
If you move the wedding, I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. If I am unavailable, the change is treated as a cancellation. Any change of date or scope must be agreed in writing.
6. On the wedding day
You will provide accurate timings, addresses, contact details and any venue restrictions in reasonable time. You are responsible for permissions required from venues, celebrants and other private locations.
I will work unobtrusively and use professional judgement to respond to the day as it happens. Particular people, moments, weather, audio, drone flights or shots cannot be guaranteed where circumstances, permissions, safety or events outside my control prevent them.
I am the exclusive professional wedding videographer unless we agree otherwise in writing. Photography and other suppliers are welcome, and we will work cooperatively.
7. Editing and delivery
I retain creative and editorial control, including camera placement, shot selection, music, structure, colour and final running time. Your selected collection and extras decide which finished films or files are delivered.
Finished films are normally delivered within 12 weeks and no later than 16 weeks, subject to exceptional circumstances explained to you. Any faster teaser deadline stated in your booking summary remains separate. Delivery may be through a private online gallery, download or physical media according to the collection.
Reasonable corrections for genuine errors are included when raised promptly. A different creative edit, music change or material not included in the booking may be chargeable and will be agreed before work starts.
8. Copyright, personal use and portfolio use
ADHD Media UK retains copyright in the footage and finished films. Once the agreed fees are paid, you receive a permanent personal-use licence to watch, download and share the delivered films privately and on your personal social accounts.
The personalised agreement will state whether I may use selected material to show my work in portfolios, on websites, social media, awards or promotion. Tell me before signing if privacy is important so the correct permission is recorded rather than assumed.
9. Travel, meals and additional costs
Any travel, accommodation, parking, permits or location costs not included in the collection will be identified in the booking summary or agreed in writing before they are added. For coverage longer than eight hours, a hot meal or equivalent break arrangement is required.
10. Events outside anyone's control
Neither side is responsible for delay or failure caused by events that could not reasonably be prevented, including severe illness, unsafe conditions, venue closure, travel disruption, equipment restrictions or legal prohibitions. We will communicate quickly and look first for a fair practical solution, including a substitute filmmaker, revised coverage or rescheduling where appropriate.
Any financial liability cap, backup arrangements and specific exceptions will be stated in the personalised agreement you receive before booking.
11. Questions, changes and acceptance
Changes must be agreed in writing. Email is sufficient for ordinary planning decisions and approved extras, but any material change to the price, date, collection or payment schedule will be recorded in an updated booking summary.
You will have the opportunity to read the personalised agreement, ask questions and keep a copy before signing. Contact weddings@adhd.media if you want any clause explained.
